1. Choose a Package,
We offer 3 different packages that vary depending on the number of designers from our network of graphic professionals assigned to your project, as well as, the number of concepts and revisions that are available.

Getting Started:
• All clients begin by completing a brief questionnaire to help us better understand the expectations and vision of your business logo. 


• Order your package through GrizzBrand’s secure ecommerce site.

• Once your payment is received a GrizzBrand Designer will contact you the next business day to discuss the scope of your project. Their goal is to identify your company’s brand message and the vision for your logo. Then, they will create logos that translates your brand strategy visually.  

2. Your First Draft
Your first draft will be delivered within 3-7 business days (depending on the chosen package) following your order. 
The draft will be posted to our Client Area — a secure website, accessible only by you. Reviewing the first draft is an important step and we strongly encourage you to take the time you need to complete this step.

3. Logo Revision
Choose the best logo that has the most potential to fit your company identity. Your straight-forward feedback is an essential part of developing a final logo. We make revisions based on your feedback so it’s important to comment on colors, fonts, and the style of your selected logo. Any additional revisions out side the logo package requirements will be charge $25 per revision. Don’t hesitate to contact your designer if you need consultation or assistance expressing potential changes. The turnaround time for logo revisions may take up to 24-72 hours depending on amount of revisions per the package you choose.

4. Logo Approval
Once you approve your final logo, we will send you a package which includes your graphic logo in jpeg, pdf, and vector file formats which are appropriate for use on the web, print or apparel. Upon request, we can mail a CD containing all files. 
An additional fee will be applied for shipping and handling.
