We only request name, address, and other information for the purpose of mailing requested files or (at your own discretion) to email you newsletter offers or important business-building tips. Any information you provide about your business is strictly for use by GrizzBrand, a subsidiary of OmarJones Designs, LLC. We guarantee it will not be shared with any other company not associated with the OmarJones Corporation.

We also assure that all online orders will be placed securely. Any information you provide will be used to complete your logo order and to best translate your brand message. GrizzBrands only requests general information (such as your name, your company's name, your email address, and your mailing address) when you purchase a logo design and your creative brief is processed. The Creative Brief Questionnaire form provides insight into the creative direction needed for your company's logo design. All clients will receive a notification of the status of each order through their PayPal merchant account. Finally, we'll gather all information to begin our creative design process. All proprietary information concerning your business Is confidential and will not be shared with anyone who is not a member of the GrizzBrand team.

Upon completion and full payment of your logo design, all source files and copyrights become the client's property. GrizzBrand does not hold any rights to final logo designs released to the client and does not assume any liability for its improper use. GrizzleBrand does not provide trademark registration. All clients are freely held responsible for the registration of their logo as a federal trademark. GrizzBrand honors the integrity of each custom logo created for our clients and guarantee that graphics are not copied from or inspired by existing designs, clipart or trademarks logos.

All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to GrizzBrand including, but not limited to, all rights to sketches, comps, or other preliminary materials, logos or illustrations unless otherwise stated or agreed upon by all parties. All prices listed on GrizzBrand's web page may vary and are in US dollars. Clients purchasing GrizzBrand logo packages must pay through PayPal's online merchant services. Clients will be immediately charged for the package(s) selected. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number and your credit card billing address.

An online transaction service charge of 3% will be assessed to all projects for the use of PayPal services. PayPal will email the client a receipt or invoice outlining the transactions in which our clients are charged.
GrizzBrand clients agree to provide timely responses to our team after notification of the completion of each sample. Clients shall have 30 days to respond to each set of logo design samples submitted for client review. If after 30 days you have failed to respond, GrizzBrand will assume the project is approved and the project shall be deemed to be complete. GrizzBrand will assume no further obligation to the project or client, and the client will be responsible for all fees and expenses associated with work performed by GrizzBrand.
