    REFUND POLICY


REFUND POLICY
Our team works diligently to assure that our clients are fully satisfied with our services. In the event that we do not meet your expectations GrizzBrand provides a fair refund policy.

In the event you wish to not proceed with your project or are unsatisfied at any point with your logo design, please contact the GrizzBrand team. Upon your request, we send you Refund Request form.

If no design or production has begun, GrizzBrand will refund the total payment made, less a fifty dollar ($50.00) service and processing fee.

If production has begun and you are not satisfied with your logo or illustration the following refund policy applies: Cancellation of any project after the presentation of the 1st set of design comps will result in a — refund.
Cancellation of any project after the 1st to 3rd round of revisions will result in a 40% refund.
Cancellation of any project after the 3rd round of logo revisions will result in the relinquish of all monies contributed to the project design.

Clients have 7 days after the completion of a preliminary comp or its package revisions to request a refund. Should you receive a refund, you acknowledge that you forfeit all right (express or implied) to use any logo samples, design modifications, or other work product, content, or media, as well as, any ownership interest in or to the same.

Note: If client request for additional revisions ,we will charge $25 per revision.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:

1) If the client approves preliminary logo comps or final logo/illustration designs.

2) If the client decides to terminate GrizzBrand services after production has begun without written notice or reason.
3) If the organization GrizzBrand is developing a logo design for closes, changes its name, or their activity.
4) If the client has decided to change the entire requirement of the contracted project scope.

5) If the client requests entirely new set of concepts (a redraw) after the initial concepts or comps have been presented.
6) If the client misrepresents itself and is not a non-competing small business but is a design company or entity which represents its own clients which contracts design services of any type.

7) If the client does not communicate with GrizzBrand for more than 1 month (30 days).
8) If the client hires another design firm or artist to work on the same logo design project at the same time as contracted with GrizzBrand.

We are providing a service to our customers and not a tangible product. Once a design package that has been purchased from our website, (regardless of the package) GrizzBrand does not offer full refunds.
 As stated above a "kill fee" or service and processing fee will be assessed. Note: All refunds must be requested within 7 business days after the first comp or revised draft in order to be considered for a refund.

HOW REFUND AMOUNTS WILL BE TRANSFERRED
Client who issued payment using a credit card will have their refund transferred back to their credit or debit card account. It may take up to 6 business days before the money will appear on the account.
